SHIPPING POLICY
Volla Vapes (Pty) Ltd receives orders at the head office, all orders are then shipped from the head office to you. We aim to get your goods delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Please Note
Deliveries can take between 3 - 5 Business Days from the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
Volla Vapes (Pty) Ltd uses 'The Courier Guy' as a preferred Courier, but may use other couriers where necessary.
Shipping and deliveries do not take place on weekends and Public Holidays, please expect delays when there are Public Holidays for all normal orders.
Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that all orders are placed with the correct information so as to avoid any delays in shipping.
Tracking and shipping details will be sent to you once your package is on its way. Any tracking queries regarding your delivery, including changes to your delivery details, will need to be directed to 'The Courier Guys' as they will have ownership of the package until you sign off on the delivery.

Please note that Volla shipping has no tracking info, however you will be notified when your package is on its way. Goods can be delivered at any time between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Once you receive your package, please inspect your goods carefully before signing for it. Volla Vapes (Pty) Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any orders that were damaged in transit.
In store collections require special arrangements with management.
Costs
Free Shipping on orders over R1 000 (rest of South Africa)
Free 'Volla Shipping' on all orders over R500 (SAME DAY DELIVERY on orders placed before 13:00 if there is stock availible - ONLY IN THE East Rand, Midrand and Kyalami AREA)
Standard Shipping rate of R100 applies for all orders under R1 000 (rest of South Africa)

Volla Vapes (Pty) Ltd makes use of third party courier companies for shipping, and while we aim to get your delivery out as quickly as possible, we are at the mercy of our courier companies and cannot make any guarantees and cannot be held liable for longer than average shipping times.

Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:

Online/Credit/Debit card payments
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit and debit card online payments. Please ensure your card is enabled for online shopping.
No proof of payment is needed if you have used the Online/Credit/debit card payment option.

Cash/Card on Delivery
Cash/Card on Delivery payment is can be made with special arrangement with management.

COC (Cash on Collection)
This payment method is currently unavailable.

EFT Payments (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Our banking details will only be provided to you upon request and at the sole discretion of the owner. Should you want to pay via EFT, please select cash on delivery payment option and email info@vollavapes.co.za for the banking details. Once the EFT is completed, please email Proof of Payment to info@vollavapes.co.za within 48 hours, and use your order number (emailed to you) as the reference for your payment.
We will only finalize your order once your Proof of Payment is received.
Should you have paid for an item and the order is automatically cancelled on our system due to proof of payment not received, we will send you the items if still in stock, or refund you should the items be sold out.
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF FRAUDULENT EFT SLIPS WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING, WE NOW REQUIRE AN OFFICIAL EFT SLIP EMAILED DIRECT FROM THE BANK. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMS NOTIFICATIONS AS PROOF OF PAYMENT.
Order Cancellations Due To Non-payment
All orders not paid for within 48 hours from purchase will automatically be removed from your cart and put back in stock. Volla Vapes (Pty) Ltd and its staff will not be held liable, and accept no responsibility should the item/s become sold out and you are unable to purchase the item/s again.

We at Volla Vapes do have the function of requesting back order and requesting re-stock so for your most loved flavours and products if unsuccessful with this please contact us and we will endeavor to assist where reasonable.
