RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
The terms "this site", “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Volla Vapes (Pty) Ltd.
The provision of goods by Volla Vapes (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. Instances where a purchase is made and the stock is unavailable, we will refund the client in full within 7 days of purchase.
Unfortunately E-Liquids cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
There is no Guarantee or Warranty on pre-made coils, any re-buildable tanks or drippers, paint and finishing, glass parts and/or replaceable parts such as commercial coils and damage due to e-liquid.
The buyer shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, if any items were not received and/or any goods are damaged. If you receive the incorrect goods, please do not open them. Contact us immediately.
Should the buyer fail to do this, it shall be deemed as goods accepted. If the purchaser wants to return any goods for whatever reason the purchaser may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All goods must be in a new and unused condition.
The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is made by Volla Vapes (Pty) Ltd.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to us for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by us via e-mail.
If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse and/or any physical damage. We are allowed up to 20 working days to check the product and return it to the purchaser as per the consumer protection act. We will do our best to shorten this time frame as much as possible.
If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault and is within the warranty period the item will be repaired or replaced, unless the fault is due to customer misuse or abuse.
The buyer must ensure prior consent is obtained by us via email before any goods are shipped back to us. All Returns remains the client’s responsibility, until received back in store. All goods returned must contain all relevant parts along with original order number and or proof of purchase
Warranties and refunds will not be applied should goods be found to have been damaged due to misuse, user negligence, or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product, and the cost of transporting returned goods back to the buyer is at the buyers expense. Failure to properly maintain your device will also render the warranty null and void.
